Meth dealer sentenced to 3 years in prison

47-year-old John Paul Brennan was sentenced to 37 months in prison for distributing methamphetamine hydrochloride.

Guam - 47-year-old John Paul Brennan was sentenced to 37 months in prison for distributing methamphetamine hydrochloride.  Brennan was found selling the drug Ice from his apartment residence.  The judge ordered that he be placed on supervised release for three years upon release from prison and perform 50 hours of community service. 

U.S. Attorney Alicia Limtiaco acknowledges that ice abuse has increased on Guam and has been linked to a rise in violent crimes.
