Guam - Another recently terminated Port Authority of Guam worker has filed an appeal with the Civil Service Commission. Kevin Susuico is appealing his firing as an accountant two from the agency.  Susuico, Salvador Guevara and Jeffrey Cruz are among four Port workers whose hiring was deemed null and void after the CSC conducted a post-audit and determined they did not meet the minimum qualifications to be hired for the positions they were selected for.

The workers contend they are full-fledged classified employees because they remained employed after the probationary period and received evaluations attesting to their performance on the job.
