DOE Cancels Classes for Carbullido Elementary

Guam - The Department of Education has canceled classes for BP Carbullido Elementary School for Thursday, February 7th. The school is being closed for another day as a precautionary measure. The school reportedly is still being impacted from smoke from a fire that ignited Tuesday afternoon.
