Man caught throwing contraband into prison

Guam - A man known as "Keke" found himself behind bars after he was caught throwing prison contraband over the fence at the Hagatna Detention Facility.  DepCor spokesperson Lieutenant Antone Aguon says a GPD processing officer saw a man throw something over the fence. When authorities went to investigate they discovered four cans of smokeless tobacco. 

Police arrested Willy Stone Narruhn on charges of promoting prison contraband, child abuse, jurisdiction over an adult, permitting a violation and conspiracy.
