Guam - Minority Leader Tony Ada has re-introduced legislation that allows the Rev & Tax director to authorize an automobile dealer licensed to do business on Guam to issue registration certificates and license plates for vehicles sold. Ada says the bill would alleviate the crowds and Rev & Tax and make the process smoother.

"I think anytime you have a private/public partnership that wants to improve services for the government then I think it's always a viable option to look especially in these times when government services are really taking a toll and struggling," he said.

Ada says the bill is co-sponsored with Senator Rory Respicio and is a collaborative effort with the Guam Automobile Dealers Association and the Government of Guam. The bill was previously introduced in the 31st Guam Legislature as Bill 479 and had a public hearing.
