Guam - Federal receiver Gershman, Brickner & Bratton is asking the district court to allow them to establish an additional bank account for Host Community Premium Surcharge fees. By the law the fees will benefit the villages of Ordot and Inarajan.

The Public Utilities Commission worked with the receiver to establish the fees that took effect back in October.  The fees are aimed at assisting Ordot that was home to the island's dump for decades and is in the process of being turned back over to the community as well as Inarajan that is now home to the island's new landfill.  GBB needs to establish the separate bank account for the HCPS fees as required by the PUC.
