Eric Tedtaotao indicted for drug possession

Guam - Former Department of Corrections officer Eric Tedtaotao has been indicted in the Superior Court of Guam on charges of possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and possession with the intent to distribute. Tedtaotao was arrested twice this month during traffic stops.  On both occasions he was allegedly found in possession of the drug Ice.

Following the second arrest, Tedtaotao resigned from the department.

He is scheduled to answer to the charges on February 6.
