Man charged with daughter's death appears in court

Guam - Charged with the death of his 4-year-old daughter, Marco Nelson is scheduled to appear back in court next month to find out when he will go to trial. Nelson is being held on $100,000 cash bail after leading police on a high speed chase last year that resulted in him slamming into a concrete utility pole. 

His daughter was found improperly restrained in the back seat.  She died of injuries sustained in the crash.  Nelson was highly intoxicated at the time.

A criminal trial setting is scheduled for February 19.
