EPA cites four companies for violations

Goodwind development, GWA, Pepsi and the Westin Resort paid $2,000 and corrected their violations related to Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act.

Guam - Four local companies have resolved violations with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Goodwind development, GWA, Pepsi and the Westin Resort paid $2,000 and corrected their violations related to Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act.  The companies failed to report the amount of diesel fuel and other hazardous chemicals stored at their facilities.
