Guam - An accused child molester was arrested for a second time on Guam after another arrest warrant was issued by New Mexico authorities. The U.S. Marshals Service apprehended Christopher Woodrome yesterday in connection with a New Mexico warrant.
The former Guam resident is accused of sexually assaulting a female minor repeatedly for two years. He self-surrendered to police back in October 2011 and was sent back to New Mexico to answer to the charges. He was on pre-trial release but in December, he could not be located.
U.S. Marshal Frank Leon Guerrero confirms the U.S. Marshals Task Force arrested Woodrome yesterday and he will remain in the custody of the Department of Corrections until he is sent back to New Mexico.
