Hagatna traffic closing to single lane

The Department of Public Works has issued an alert to the motoring public that from 9 p.m. through 10:30 p.m. tonight, southbound traffic on Route 1, between Routes 4 and 8 in Hagåtña, will be restricted to one lane.
