Copper wire thieves indicted

Three men who are being held on $50,000 cash bail have been indicted in the Superior Court on numerous counts of burglary, theft of property and a special allegation of crimes against the community.

Guam - Three men who are being held on $50,000 cash bail have been indicted in the Superior Court on numerous counts of burglary, theft of property and a special allegation of crimes against the community. Freddy Susuico, Terrance Meno, and Eric Faisao are accused of breaking into five schools and stealing large quantities of copper wire.

Susuico and Faisao are also accused of breaking-into two local businesses and stealing copper wire that they sold to Viba Recycling before it had obtained the necessary solid waste processing facility permit. The three men are scheduled to answer to the criminal charges on January 30.

An indictment was also handed down against Albert Taimanglo, who was charged with three counts of burglary and theft of property. He is also scheduled to answer to the charges on January 30.
