Hearing on health insurance contract moved

Guam - A hearing set for this week regarding an appeal to the Government of Guam's health insurance contract RFP has been moved to March. Public Auditor Doris Flores Brooks granted Tokio Marine Pacific Insurance and Calvo's Insurance Underwriters' request for continuance of hearing and other deadlines.
The parties must file its stipulation of facts and facts in dispute no later than February 19 along with submission of hearing exhibits that are not part of the procurement record no later than February 26. The formal hearings meanwhile are scheduled for March 5 through March 8.
The health insurance contract negotiations were stalled last year due to several protests on numerous errors on the government's part.
