Guam - Two minors are being treated for injuries they sustained when they were struck by a car on Route 7 this afternoon in Maina.  Guam Fire Department Spokesperson Lt. Ed Artero says medics were called to the scene after they received a report that two minors had been hit by a pickup truck.

A boy and a girl, who are from C.L. Taitano Elementary School, had been walking on the road and were struck by the pickup.  It's unclear whether the students had been dropped at the bus exchange across the street at Adelup or if they had been dropped off at another location near Snake Road.

The two kids were taken to the Guam Memorial Hospital where they are being treated for their injuries.  Police are also on the scene investigating.
