Guam - A civilian police reservist was arrested and placed behind bars this morning.  Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence in Santa Rita and arrested Thelma Aflague.  She is accused of using her duty weapon to threaten a man known to her.

Aflague was arrested on charges of family violence, reckless conduct, terrorizing, and official misconduct.

Guam Police Department Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says an internal affairs investigation is underway into Aflague's arrest and her duty weapon was taken away.
