Guam - The Guam Election Commission is meeting this evening to get a progress report on the 2010 general election audit that has taken place this past week. Executive director Maria Pangelinan says staff finished counting all of the first precinct ballots this afternoon.

She explained the turnout of the legislative race and what she expects to report tonight, telling KUAM News, "The biggest difference we found for any candidate is three, or it could have been three more or three less, than what was machine counted. On the ballot audit, we're going to report that the precinct review for the Precinct 10 will have summary of what we found and we'll also have a summary of the provisional ballots, the absentee ballot sand the ballot production."

She adds for the off-island absentee ballots received between November 3 and 15 of 2010, they showed 19 were for the Eddie Calvo-Ray Tenorio gubernatorial team with 11 for the Car Gutierrez-Frank Aguon, JR. team. She adds of the 10 UOCAVA ballots received, all were for Calvo-Tenorio.

The GEC will start the count for the second of five precincts on Tuesday starting at 9:30am.
