Rey Vega named director of Mental Health

Guam - Governor Eddie Calvo has appointed Rey Vega as the director of the Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse.  Peter Alexcis Ada has been tapped as the deputy director and will begin the job next week. 

With the appointments the governor says he knows the two will help the mental health family bring the agency to new heights.
