Guam - Guam Police Department Criminal Investigation Division agents arrested two more people in connection with an ongoing investigation into eight tons of copper wire that was stolen from various island schools and businesses in the last few months.  On Thursday night police arrested Julieon Edward Quichocho Kim, 26, of Dededo on charges of burglary, criminal facilitation, 3 counts theft by receiving stolen property, unsworn falsification, 3 counts guilt established by complicity, 3 counts theft of property, crime against the community, and attempted theft of property. 

Robert Dean Terlaje, 45, of Dededo was also arrested and charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance, 4 counts of burglary, theft of property, theft by receiving stolen property, guilt establish by complicity and child abuse.

Police confirm the two arrests are in connection with those they made last two weeks but no specific details of Kim and Terlaje's involvement in the case have been released at this time.  Last week police arrested Freddy Susuico, Terrance Meno, Eric Faisao, and Albert Taimanglo.  The men are being held behind bars on $50,000 cash bail.

Meanwhile two investigations are underway into Viba Recycling in Harmon where the eight tons of copper wire was recovered.  Viba had been accepting the stolen copper wire in exchange for cash allegedly before they obtained the necessary solid waste processing facility permit from the Guam Environmental Protection Agency. 

GEPA is currently investigating whether they were operating illegally, which could result in the revocation or suspension of their permit and the imposition of penalties.
