Trashco appeal meeting set for February 21

Guam - The Guam Environmental Protection Agency board has rescheduled the special meeting to hear the TrashCo appeal. Because a hearing officer failed to show, the meeting was moved to February 21 at 5pm.

Guam EPA issued a notice of violation to the local trash hauler last year for illegal dumping. The trash hauler took the bins but left the trash at the department of public health because the agency was behind on paying their bill.
