Guam - A couple who are charged in a shaken baby death case are expected to change their pleas to guilty. A change of plea hearing was continued today for Christopher Gebhart and Sharika Pangelinan because the defense still has not received copies of the plea agreement.  Gebhart is expected to plead guilty to manslaughter and assault which would come with a sentence of 5 to 23 years behind bars.

He and Pangelinan are charged with the 2009 death of a toddler who died from Shaken Baby Syndrome.  The girl had been left to the care of her babysitter, Pangelinan, who is also expected to plead guilty.  The toddler's mother remains behind bars on a 21 month sentence for child abuse.  Gebhart and Pangelinan are scheduled to appear back in court on February 13.
