Bank of Guam 2026 Leadership Conference: "Ignite the Spark. Create the Thunder."

A select group of business leaders on Guam had the opportunity to sharpen their leadership skills through a special training experience hosted by Bank of Guam. 

The event featured two internationally recognized leadership experts sharing strategies designed to strengthen mindset, resilience, and business performance.

David Bayer led a virtual session focused on self-awareness and mental conditioning — helping participants rewire their thinking and elevate performance from the inside out.

Leadership strategist Alex Dorr presented practical tools aimed at helping executives coach teams, solve problems, overcome resistance, and strengthen accountability in the workplace.

"I want to make sure this is really practical. All of us walk away with a super easy tool that you can use in the next hard conversation, with the next challenge you are having maybe coaching in a way there's possibilities and not being stuck. That is my hope today," he shared.

Organizers say the program is designed to give business leaders space to recharge, gain practical insight, and connect with other professionals working to move Guam’s business community forward.
