Police investigate dead body found in car

Guam - The Guam Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division is conducting a death investigation after a lifeless body was found inside a car in a Tumon parking lot.  GPD Spokesperson Officer A.J. Balajadia says the call came in just after five o'clock on Saturday night. 

Officers arrived and found a dead person in a car parked at Tagada Guam near Oceanview Hotel.   Balajadia says it is too early to determine the cause of death due to the decomposition of the body. 

Medical Examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola is expected to conduct an autopsy on Monday.
