Man, 20, sentenced for sex with teen

Guam - A 20-year-old man accused of having sexual relations with a 14-year-old female minor was sentenced to 5 years behind bars with credit for time served. Jonmichael Michael plead guilty to three counts of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct as a 2nd degree felony. He admitted that between December 2010 and April 2011, he sexually penetrated the minor multiple times. The level one sex offender was convicted in 2010 for having sex with a 13- and 14-year-old girl. He was ordered to pay a 5 hundred dollar fine and restitution.
