Guam - Strong winds have kicked up a couple of advisories you need to know about. With the information you need to know is National Weather Service senior forecaster Mike Middlebrook. "We're in a surge in the trade winds and there's a lot of things that can happen when the winds kick up like this it kicks the seas up and right now the seas re running 10, 11 feet and they should be getting up to 12 feet , it makes it hazardous for small craft and we have a small craft advisory it also kicks up the waves as far as surf is concerned so we have a high surf advisory for the east and north facing beaches on the islands and finally with the recent dry weather we've had lately the winds are also going to increase the fire danger if a fire starts the high winds and the relatively low humidity's can build an extreme wildfire conditions so we have a fire weather watch as well," he said.
The High Surf Advisory remain in effect until Sunday morning at six o'clock while the Fire Weather Watch expires on Saturday.
