Quinata on $10K bail for threatening school staffer
50-year-old Rudy Fegurgur Quinata is being held bars on $10,000 cash bail for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a male individual known to him.
By KUAM NewsGuam - 50-year-old Rudy Fegurgur Quinata is being held bars on $10,000 cash bail for allegedly threatening to shoot and kill a male individual known to him. According to court documents, Quinata got into an argument with the victim and the victim's mother, who is a staffer at Ordot-Chalan Pago Elementary School.
Documents state Quinata allegedly grabbed a gun and pointed it at the victim. He was arrested on charges of terrorizing, family violence, assault and reckless conduct. The incident led to a modified lock down at OCP and the cancellation of classes for the week.
Quinata is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on December 28.
