Guam - Ground was broken this week on the Navy's new exchange mini-mart and gas station. P&S Construction was awarded the $7.4 million contract to build the two facilities.  The mini-mart will offer retail sales and customer service as well as a separate fast food franchise while the gas station will have six double sided fuel dispensing islands under a full canopy with tire refill and auto vacuum stations.  The project is expected to be completed this time next year.
