Guam - There's a new superior court judge.  Governor's legal counsel Maria Teresa Cenzon can now add honorable judge to her name as an investiture ceremony is to be held this afternoon at the Judicial Center.  Supreme Court Chief Justice F. Philip Carbullido will administer the oath while Governor Eddie Calvo delivered the keynote address. Cenzon will take on an extensive case load and fills the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Elizabeth Barrett Anderson.
