Arraignment continued for murder suspect

Guam - 20-year-old Keith Garrido will answer to aggravated murder and other criminal charges next week as his arraignment was continued today. His defense attorney appeared in court but advised the judge that Garrido is a witness in another case and could not appear today.  Garrido is accused of murdering 63-year-old Nancy Mafnas after he was caught burglarizing her home. He remains behind bars on $500,000 cash bail and is scheduled to appear back in on December 26.
