Fourth incident of copper wire theft in two weeks

Vandals have already stolen hundreds of yards of copper wire from Finegayan Elementary School, this time another break-in to report - the 4th in the last 15 days.

Guam - Vandals have already stolen hundreds of yards of copper wire from Finegayan Elementary School, this time another break-in to report - the 4th in the last 15 days. According to principal Evangeline Iglesias vandals broke in over the weekend and trashed four classrooms, stealing various items such as 25 DVDs, a backpack and parts from air conditioning units.
