Guam - A popular paintball attraction may be forced to close its doors as the Department of Parks & Recreation has given the paintball company notice to vacate the property. Director Pete Calvo says he sent a letter to XSports Paintball staff that they have until April 30 to move out, as the department has other plans for the site.

Richard Paulino, a field operator with the company, says they have been around for the past seven years and doesn't understand why they have been targeted. Paulino is working with local politicians to stop the closure.

Calvo says DPR's master plan for the property includes constructing a picnic area for the community as well as allowing the Mayors Council of Guam more space to hold the annual Liberation Carnival.
