Guam - A 38-year-old man accused of sexually molesting a male minor multiple times when he was only six years old plead guilty to second degree criminal sexual conduct as a 1st degree felony in the superior court this afternoon. Rodolfo Moon Sangalang admitted that between 2005 and 2008 he sexually assaulted the minor on more than one occasion. He was sentenced to ten year behind bars with credit for time served. He was ordered to have no contact with the victim and must register as a level one sex offender. Sangalang also faces possible deportation.
