GPA rate rollback request approved
The Public Utilities Commission has approved the Guam Power Authority's petition to rollback its 6 percent increase that went into effect in May of this year.

By KUAM NewsGuam - The Public Utilities Commission has approved the Guam Power Authority's petition to rollback its 6 percent increase that went into effect in May of this year. The rate reduction kicks in immediately and will run through September 2013 or the end of the fiscal year.
