Guam - It was back in July local trash hauler TrashCo was caught illegally dumping at Public Health in Mangilao, but they've been fine free since. According to Guam Environmental Protection Agency spokesperson Tammy Jo Anderson Taft, GEPA was forced to send a revised notice of violation on November 15 to the trash hauler, as the original NOV was dated wrong.

The trash hauler picked up the bins at Public Health, but left the trash sitting the parking lot because the agency was behind in paying their bill.

Taft says TrashCo has 15 working days to respond by coming into compliance or appealing.
