Guam - A 15 year old Department of Youth Affairs client escaped from DYA custody Tuesday afternoon. According to DYA spokesperson William Castro, the client was being transported back to the Mangilao facility around 5pm when she escaped. Guam police along with DYA officers are actively searching for the escapee and an internal investigation is pending. The minor has been charged with violation of court order for beyond control. She is described as being Chuukese with a medium complexion, short black hair, brown eyes and last seen wearing black shorts, and a pink shirt with YCF logo on the back.
