Man, 19, convicted for molestation of young boy

Guam - A 19 year old man faces life in prison after he was found guilty by a Superior court jury of first degree criminal sexual conduct as a first degree felony for sexually molesting a 13 year old male minor earlier this year. Zachery Gagan was convicted for sexually penetrating his victim back in March. According to court documents, the victim awoke to find his shorts unzipped and pulled down, and Gagan sexually assaulting him. He then pushed Gagan off and ran out of the room. The victim told police he initially thought he was dreaming, and felt disgusted and embarrassed about the whole situation. Gagan must register under the sex offender registry, and his sentencing is set for January 10, 2013.
