Guam - It's been nearly three weeks since the general election and close to 315 precinct officials, maintenance poll workers and tabulators have yet to be paid. Guam Election Commission executive director Maria Pangelinan says the holdup is with the Department of Administration and BBMR, who are processing vendor numbers before cutting the checks.

She adds when the checks are ready, an announcement will be made along with calling all workers individually.
