Guam - Music on Guam – 1952 "The Year UOG Began" kicks off Friday, November 30.  The show is presented by the University of Guam Music, Theater and Alpha Psi Omega, and the National Theater Honor Society as one of the final events celebrating the university's 60th anniversary.

UOG professor of music Dr. Randall Johnson says, "We will recreate a 1952 Guam scene and relive a much simpler time in Guam." He adds there will be Chamorro folk songs as well as music from the armed forces radio.

The family-friendly event will also feature photos from UOG's history. Shows are on Friday, November 30th and Saturday, December 1 at 7:30pm in the UOG Fine Arts Theater. Admission is $7 general, $5 student/senior, and UOG students and children are free or $20 for a family of any size.
