Julian Muna gets four years for criminal sexual conduct
A 32-year-old Dededo man who was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct charges was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for time served in Superior Court this week.

Guam - A 32-year-old Dededo man who was found guilty of criminal sexual conduct charges was sentenced to four years in prison with credit for time served in Superior Court this week. Julian Muna was arrested back in August 2010 after GPD responded to a beyond control complaint.
Muna was picked up on six counts of criminal sexual conduct, jurisdiction over an adult, custodial interference and unsworn falsification. He is eligible for parole once completing his sentence, and ordered not to contact the victim or the victim's family.
Muna was also ordered to register with the Guam Sex Offender Registry.
