Guam - The Naval Criminal Investigative Service is asking for your help in identifying the person who called in bomb threats last month. A few weeks ago two bomb threats were called into the naval base resulting in heightened security measures and lengthy lines at naval installations.
And now NCIS is offering a cash reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the individual responsible. They're hoping the public can identify this man.
Anyone with any information about the identity of the male caller is asked to contact NCIS at 339-7220.
