Guam - A heads-up for residents and businesses in Yona and Pago Bay, GWA will be shutting-off water starting Friday night at 8 o'clock to Saturday at 5am so that crews can do work in the area. The outage starts from the intersection of Route 4 and Route 17 to the intersection of Route 4 and Route 10.
