Guam - It's a done deal. The Mills Group has completed the sale of both the Guam Premier Outlets and Tumon Sands Plaza to S-199 Real Estate, LLC, a Delaware-based investment company. According to GPO general manager Monte Mesa, the local management team including the growing stores will remain.

"It's still keeping our strategic plan in continuing evolving GPO, as well as TSP into a premier shopping destination, the attraction to both the luxury brand center as well as the outlet center continues to a be a strategic plan that the owners are looking to enhance," he said. Mesa declined to release how much the two projects were sold for.

NAI Chaneybrooks, a Honolulu-based commercial real estate organization owned by the buyer's managing agent, Steve Sombrero, has also assumed responsibility for overseeing the management of the properties.
