Guam - Three men who face aggravated murder and rioting charges must appear back in court next month to find out when they will go to trial.  Vimson Menisio, Benny Robert and Osupwang Muritok appeared in the Superior Court of Guam today.  There had been an indication that the prosecution would offer a plea deal but another criminal trial setting is set for December 4.

Menisio and Robert are accused of stabbing and killing three men in Harmon last year.  Muritok is charged with rioting.
