Man, 23, allegedly molested minor for four years

Guam - A 23-year-old man is being held behind bars on $75,000 cash bail for allegedly sexually molesting a female minor for the past four years. According to court documents, Jose Taisacan Cabrera digitally penetrated the girl's genital area on more than one occasion since 2008.

He was booked and confined on charges of first degree criminal sexual conduct, 3 counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct and 5 counts of child abuse.
