Defense hopes judge will reconsider theft case decision

The defense is hoping Superior Court Judge Vern Perez will reconsider his decision not to dismiss all of the criminal charges against Charles Scharff, Ignacio Palacios, Joaquin Pangelinan, and Rose Evangelista.
