Guam - Several village mayors testified in support of multiple bills related to the Mayors Council of Guam. Bill 520, for example would allow mayors to solicit monetary and in kind donations to help defray costs for their inauguration; Bill 521 would allow the mayors council to establish a revolving fund; and Bill 518  would allow the Agat Mayor's Office to take over administrative control and move into the former Agat fire station.

The current Agat Mayor's Office is infested with termites.
