Guam - While he was scheduled to plead guilty in the Superior Court of Guam today, 45-year-old Danny James Zamora had a change of heart and excused his defense attorney since he can no longer afford to pay him.  Zamora faces 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct charges for allegedly engaging in sexual activity with a female minor when she was 7 years old and continuing the assaults for two years.

He was given another attorney and is scheduled to return to court on October 29.  The judge informed the defendant he will be tried before Thanksgiving.  Zamora meanwhile faces a separate CSC charge for allegedly sexually assaulting a female minor known to him while on pre-trial release.
