Guam - A woman who wasn't even old enough to legally drink alcohol was arrested today charged with vehicular homicide and vehicular negligence. Highway Patrol officers today arrested 20-year-old Majesty Kolden Relech for last Saturday's traffic crash on Route 3 that resulted in the death of her passenger, 22-year-old Narinta Lee.
Police say Relech was driving a Ford Taurus when she lost control and slammed into a concrete pole. Officers found alcohol inside the car and Lee's blood alcohol content level was .302. Authorities have not released Relech's blood alcohol content. She also faces charges of DUI, reckless driving with injury, underage drinking, improper storage, open container and no driver's license.
Relech is expected to be magistrated in the Superior Court on Saturday. She remains behind bars.
