Veterans Affairs to including funding for clinic upgrades

Guam - After hearing concerns directly from veterans last year, the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to include funding for the expansion of the community-based outpatient clinic on Guam in its Fiscal Year 2014 budget request. Congresswoman Madeleine Bordallo says the expansion will allow the clinic to accommodate more patients and staff, something veterans have been asking about for months.
