Harley shop owner's BAC was twice legal limit

Alcohol has been determined to be a factor in one of the island's latest traffic fatalities.

Guam - Alcohol has been determined to be a factor in one of the island's latest traffic fatalities.  Medical examiner Dr. Aurelio Espinola confirms that Harley Davidson shop owner Arthur "Bill" Nielsen's blood alcohol content registered in at .219 - more than twice the legal limit. 

Nielsen was riding his motorcycle early in the morning when he struck a median and lost control. He died from head injuries he sustained in the crash.
