Guam - Another member of the Guam National Guard has been indicted in the District Court. Jesse A. Pangelinan is charged with theft of government property and making a fraudulent claim against the United States.  According to the indictment, between March 2009 up until this February, Pangelinan obtained more than $60,000 in overseas housing allowance that he allegedly was not entitled to, claiming he was paying rent for a Yona home with no other adult dependents that paid rent or utilities.

Pangelinan must appear in court on November 1 to answer to the charges.
